Yellow and Orange ribbons have invaded the streets of Cebu since the start of the campaign period. This is what they call the “Ribbon Campaign” and it makes the streets of Cebu look like a decoration of trash. In the end, no one will remove the ribbons until the end of the election. From time to time the Yellow and Orange ribbons will turn to brown consuming the dust from the streets. Can you imagine that?

Politician don’t even care on how they put or where they gonna stick their faces on the wall. They don’t clean their own trash. If they can’t clean it, who will?

We invite all concerened citizens, environmentalists, fellow journalists, photographers, bikers, backpackers, students, skateboarders, and street vendors to join us in “Untie the Ribbons Campaign” this Sunday, March 7, 2010 from 8AM – 5PM at this places SM/North Reclamation/CICC/Mandaue Highway.
