When Cebu Bloggers Society went there last Saturday, We had the chance to interview their Resort Manager and she was able to tour us all over the place. They have good Playing room where we had a fun time enjoying their wii games, we had foose ball and billiards.

We tried their Pedal boat and tried kayaking ( 1,000 per 30min. whew, expensive), it was indeed fun! Though they have small spaces for regular rooms and limited stuffs in their suits.

Argao, Cebu - Come and Visit Argao! i was very impressed when i spent a day with my friends and discover that there are several dependable and free Wi-Fi hotspots in this place. Full Internet access, NO PASSWORDS!!!

The municipality is located at the southeastern portion of the province of Cebu, approximately 68 kilometers from Cebu City. it is exactly between Cebu City and Santander. approximately 26km from Carcar, from Alcoy and from Loon which is across the Bohol Strait.

Compared to Cebu City, Argao i think is the only place i visited with no restrictions in using Wi-Fi, well, depending if its PLDT zone or GLOBE. but no matter the deal is, customer can go everywhere.

The municipal government turned its beautiful plaza into a free Wi-Fi zone. Com to think of it, you were blogging besides the beautiful Spanish-era buildings, beautiful masonry and a lot more enjoying the free high-speed wireless Internet access. It was set up last year by Argao town officials.

Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort surrounded by the opportunity to engage in a host of different exploits. We have complete aqua and sports facilities to meet your requirements for a total tropical experience, including jet skiing, scuba diving, sailing, snorkeling and island hopping.

I started reading Maribago Bluewater Blog when my readers ask me about the best beaches here in cebu. I have a list of the famous beach paradise and became more interested in Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort. I enjoyed blogging and promoting Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort after I had these experiences:

May 16, 2009 – Mr. Ruben; PR Manager for Maribago invites Cebu Bloggers to join the Summer Blowout last May 16, 2009. That was the first time I had a chance to go over the place, interviewed the Maribago Bluewater Managers, explored different pools and picture taking with cbs.

August 02, 2009 – 30 of the bloggers had the chance at Sumilon Bluewater Beach Resort. Sumilon Bluewater Island Resort is located on tranquil Sumilon Island. The Island remains as one of Cebu’s best kept secrets and is found on the southeastern tip of the mainland. It is 125 kilometers from Cebu City and is in close proximity to Dumaguete. Its Sandbar is well known for its changing shapes and shifting locations around the island, depending on the season. On the island, there is a natural lagoon teeming with high mangroves. There are also natural caves where fishermen used to seek refuge. On the southside, a lighthouse rests on a protected tree park. Beside it is a “Baluarte”, a historical watchtower built as part of a warning system to thwart slavers and marauders in the 19th century.

November 15, 2009 – 5 bloggers went Bluewater Resorts

One last beach I want to have a review is the Panglao Bluewater Island Resort.

I can’t wait!!!!!!

im planning to go to my mother’s province with my family and my boyfriend. The place is good, Dalaguete is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2007 census, it has a population of 61,405 people. The antiquity of Dalaguete can be gleaned from its parish church. Built in 1771, the year (the year the town and parish were founded), it was a masterpiece of Fr. Juan Chacel. J.T. Newman describes the church. The town of Dalaguete used to be only a barrio of Carcar. But it progressed rapidly. As a 16th century town, it had a large wharf and the strongest fort outside of Manila. There were bastions of stones protecting it.Dalaguete had good roads that facilitated communications and the town already had possessed a telegraph system.

Everytime i went there, my lolo never missed to give me her specialty, bibingka and tostado. very yummy and very nutritious!

In Dalaguete, our town was named “Obo” under the barangay of Mantalongon, an upland barangay, is called Baguio of Cebu. It is also its Vegetable Basket. Cabbages and other vegetables that can be grown only in temperate zones are raised in Mantalongon for export to other towns. Dalaguete has many caves, waterfalls and springs, and for me, the spring is so nice and it’s natural made. There waterfalls here are quiet beautiful. It maybe so simple but you can feel the calmness of the place. whew… im so excited….

We went to Sumilon last August 2, 2009. I just posted the review now because my site was down for 3 weeks. sigh.

Anyway, like the usual, we met at SM fountain area 6am. camwhoring, getting to know with each other and endless chitchatting. Mr. Ruben had a treat at carcar jollibee and gave us the sumilon brochures and price list. Sumilon Island is a sister resort of Maribago Blue water and owned by Almont Holdings Incorporated. It is a 24-hectare coral island, located on the southeastern tip of Cebu – a 2 to 3 hours drive from Cebu City.

According to Sumilon’s Resident Manager, Greg Perral – Sumilon has lots to offer. A Paradise, Indeed!

(more of this post soon)

Graffiti (singular: graffito; the plural is used as a mass noun) is the name for images or lettering scratched, scrawled, painted or marked in any manner on property. Graffiti is sometimes regarded as a form of art and other times regarded as unsightly damage or unwanted.

Just a recap of my previous blog post about the UBEC Crew – Cebu Street Arts. I couldn’t help myself watching those graffiti on the walls. Get addicted to it every time I pass by, I was looking if they put a new one on the wall. I live down north in Consolacion and I was really hoping that someone or somebody could put a life on those boring walls in Jagobiao, Mandaue. “WHY WASTE THE SPACE?”

Well, wanna know who are those guys making those awesome graffiti?

They are the UBEC Crew – a small group of individuals who share the same passion for street or street-related art. Since Ubec is not really a group, anyone who does the same things is automatically a ‘member’. “Ubec” is also used to refer to Cebu Street Art in general.

Spray paints, stickers and the guts! You know graffiti is illegal, unless you got the permission to the owners of the wall.

Here are some cool graffiti here in Cebu
