Cebu Bloggers Society tasted the newly opened Pizza in Juan Luna Ave. Mabalo. The Gallery is in front of San Carlos Seminary and IPI.

Who are the owners of BRASCO? – BRASCO is a family owned restaurant that was created to give customer a high quality of pizza and pasta. It was currently being manage by Marjorie (Eldest),Ingrid(Second) and Bryan  (Youngest) Espina.

Why BRASCO? According to Bryan, it was entitled brasco as “BRyan’s ASpiration Co.” They are very particular with regards to the toppings, sauces and the presentation itself.  “We want to give customer the right satisfaction and a homey side of pizza.” said Ms.Ingrid who is also in charge in training their service crews.

What are the products of BRASCO?

For Pizza they have 13 different flavors but most of their ingredients are bacon,squid, shrimps, ham, bell pepper, mushroom, bacons , crabs and onions. take note that most of the pizza restaurants here only sprinkled the onions, in BRASCO they included it in the cooking.

For Pasta they have Shrimpy Tomato, Meaty Spaghetti with Pepperoni, Pasta with tomatoes and Aligue and Pasta with Bangus.

Are the Prices Cheap or Expensive? – I could say, Prices in BRASCO are fair enough.

10″ pizza – minimum of 119 pesos and maximum of 259 pesos.

14″ pizza – minimum of 230 pesos and maximum of 431 pesos.

20″ pizza – minimum of 440 pesos and maximum of 812 pesos.

Pasta – minimum of 118 pesos and maximum of 148 pesos.

Do they Deliver? - Yes. But for Metro Cebu only.

Promos? – This Saturday, they will be having the DYNAMITE  CHALLENGE its a pizza eating contest or should i say, its a SPICY pizza eating contest.
