Kiatan is a general word that my be defined as flippant, annoying and naughty but it could be also define as witty and smart.

We define KIATAN as a combination of having a good intellectual capacity and a sense of humor. We promote cebu with this term to marked the Cebuano as skillful or adroit in using the hands or body, mentally quick and adventurous.
